External Doors

The TDH55/EX external door is designed for use on exterior of buildings with composite insulated panels external facades.

The key design features of our external doors are:

Insulation values compatable with the external facades (0.34 W/m2).
Due to our flexible fabrication and construction methods, external finish can match exactly that of the external facade.
A variety of locking systems from emergency escape panic bar or break glass to euro cylinders with or without external access.
Rebated leaf incorporates full four sided gasket seal to frame and threshold reducing air leakage as well as being insect and rodent proof.
Doors are available in 30 and 60 minute fire rating.

Door Leaf	Finish	Built In Frame
Rebated Leaf	Stainless steel with circular-polish finish, matt brush finish and weaved embossed.	Frame clad in the same finish as the door leaf.
60mm Door thickness	Plastisol HP200 or PVF2 in a variety of colours.	PVC extruded or PE 500 polycarbonated core.
Snap in silicone rubber gasket	Food Safe laminated steel finish, 120m thickness.	For installation in masonry, wall anchors are provided.

Face Fixed Frame	Fittings	Options
Frame clad in the same finish as the door leaf.	The door is fitted with a stainless steel lever handle.	Double leaf version with 'one active' or 'both active'.
PVC extruded or PE500 polycarbonated core.	Locking by euro profile cylinder as standard.	A wide variety of frame designs to fit all possible situations.
For large doors 12mm fixing bolts and buffalo T nuts are supplied.	Tamper proof stainless steel hinges.	Inward opening version.
	Doors can also be fitted with a panic bar with or without external access.	Back Frame.
